I’ve been using this after training and on recovery days when my heel feels tight. The compression is really supportive around the ankle and arch. I also like that I can still move naturally in it.

I love the ankle brace. I fell several weeks ago and i would have shooting pain when i walk., since i started to use brace the shooting pain has stops. However when i take the supply off i would get occasional shoot pain.

I bought one for my wife after she kept waking up with pain through the bottom of her foot. She was sceptical at first but now she wears it nearly everyday without fail, says it helps give her more comfort in day to day life.
It's thin, almost doesn't bother me, I would like it a bit more flexible, it's what I currently use, it helps.
While walking, my ankle felt tight so I was looking for a protector and found this product. After trying it on, it's slim so I think I can wear both feet with the protector. I'm planning to go hiking with dinosaur tendon boots and I'm excited to see how effective it will be.
